Through a deep dive into Henry Schein's history, I discovered something remarkable about one of its co-founders that would impact the approach to GEP's complex technology matrix.

While exploring ways to make this eCommerce platform more emotionally engaging and less cold despite its automated processes, I found inspiration in the company's legacy for hyper personalization.

For many decades, Esther Schein, Henry's wife, was the heart and soul of the company's analog commerce, setting a powerful precedent for authentic communication. Her influence raises an essential question: when developing messaging and tone of voice, it must be must consider how Esther would connect with the internal culture, customers, users, suppliers, and partners.

This insight guides the vision that GEP's success lies not only in digital connectivity but in maintaining a human touch through emotionally intelligent transactions. This understanding serves as the blueprint for developing the digital soul of the Global eCommerce Platform (GEP).
